This course offers a deep dive into healing and self-discovery using somatic therapy, mindfulness, and kundalini yoga practices. Based on the teachings of Dr. Gabor Maté and led by experienced licensed somatic psychotherapist Ania (Shakti). Participants will learn about the concept of ten bodies in yoga philosophy, develop a deeper connection with their body's wisdom, and discover techniques for expressing suppressed emotions. The course also covers methods for connecting with one's higher self, self-regulation practices, and understanding the nervous system, including specific exercises for the vagus nerve to promote inner peace.

Ania, LMHC aka Shakti is a licensed Somatic Psychotherapist, Trauma Expert, Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, International Kundalini Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher. She has been guiding and inspiring others for 10 + years in holistic healing.
She developed the program, inspired by her own experience and healing from childhood abuse as well as the teachings of Dr. Gabor Maté and other somatic and trauma experts approaches.
